Free versions of Preciousuite plugins are distributed under the GPL license, consistent with WordPress.org plugin directory requirements, and may be used, modified, and installed on any number of websites in accordance with that license. Pro versions are licensed, not sold, to you for use on the number of websites specified at the time of purchase. A Pro license key is tied to your purchase and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent. Attempting to circumvent license validation, redistribute Pro plugin files outside of your licensed use, or use a Pro license beyond its permitted site count is a violation of these terms.

Free plugin versions are provided as-is and may have limited features compared to Pro versions, as described on each plugin's product page. Pro plans unlock additional features and are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change what features are included in free versus Pro tiers for future releases; existing licensed customers will continue to receive the features included in their license at the time of purchase for the duration of that license term.

Certain features of this website, including purchasing a Pro license or accessing support, may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@preciousuite.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes, including GST for customers in India and VAT where applicable for international customers. Pro license payments may be one-time or recurring (such as annual), as indicated at the time of purchase. Recurring licenses will automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; price changes will not affect an active license term already paid for.

We offer refunds on Pro license purchases within 03 days of purchase if the plugin does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests should be sent to contact@preciousuite.com with your order details. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the refund window has passed, for custom development work once work has commenced, or where a license has been actively used in a way inconsistent with a good-faith evaluation of the product.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, plugin code (excluding the GPL-licensed portions of free plugin distributions), and design elements, is the property of Preciousuite unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this website or its content, other than the GPL-licensed plugin code itself, without our prior written permission.

Custom development, website design, and related services are provided under a separate scope of work agreed between Preciousuite and the client prior to commencement. Timelines, deliverables, and payment terms for custom projects will be specified in that agreement and take precedence over these general terms for the scope of that project. Payment for custom development work is generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

This website and our plugins may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including WordPress.org, payment processors, and live metal rate data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold Preciousuite harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of this website, your use of our plugins, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this website, your account, or your license at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination of a Pro license for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining license period. You may discontinue use of our free plugins and website at any time.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
